By accessing or using GrantData360.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. GrantData360.com is an AI-powered grant discovery and proposal management database platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all subscribers, users, and visitors of GrantData360.com, including those accessing grant search tools, AI proposal generators, saved grant management, and notification services.

GrantData360.com is an AI-powered software platform that helps subscribers discover, track, and prepare grant opportunities. The Platform provides tools for grant searching, proposal drafting, and application management.

GrantData360.com is a discovery and productivity tool. We do not guarantee grant awards, funding outcomes, or application success. All grant decisions are made solely by the respective funding agencies.

GrantData360.com is offered on a paid subscription basis. All plans require a valid payment method at time of signup.

• Pro Plan: $79.99/month or $699/year (billed annually)
• Enterprise Plan: $99.99/month or $999/year (billed annually)

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize GrantData360.com to charge your payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to subscribers.

Annual plans are billed in full at the start of each annual term. Monthly plans are billed each calendar month from the date of signup.

Monthly Subscriptions: All monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if a written cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of the annual renewal date. After 14 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.

No Refunds Due to Immediate Access: Because grant data is accessible the moment your subscription is activated, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. You receive immediate value upon payment — including full database access, AI search tools, proposal generation, and saved grant tracking — so no refund or chargeback is owed once access has been granted, regardless of how little or how much you use the platform.

Exceptions (strictly limited): The only exceptions, at GrantData360.com's sole discretion, are: (a) documented platform-wide technical failures that completely prevented access to the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours (must be verified by our engineering team — individual connectivity issues, device problems, or user-side errors do not qualify), (b) verified billing errors charged by GrantData360.com, or (c) verified duplicate charges for the same subscription. These exceptions do not apply if you have accessed or used the platform during the billing period. To request an exception review, contact support@grantdata360.com within 30 days of the charge in question.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention: Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy — including those used to obtain a refund after accessing platform data, or those filed by affiliates or referred customers attempting to exploit the refund process — will be contested. Such actions constitute fraud, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending commissions (for affiliates), and may be reported to relevant payment networks and authorities. GrantData360.com reserves the right to deny future service to any user who files a fraudulent chargeback.

No Refunds for Non-Use: Subscriptions are not refunded based on lack of use, failure to find a desired grant, unsuccessful grant applications, or dissatisfaction with grant search results. GrantData360.com provides access to a database tool — results are dependent on available public grant data.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to read-only status and you will lose access to active grant searches, proposal generation, and notifications.

GrantData360.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to scrape, redistribute, or resell grant data obtained through the Platform.

GrantData360.com aggregates grant data from publicly available APIs and government databases. While we strive to maintain current and accurate information, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any grant listed on the Platform.

Grant deadlines, eligibility criteria, award amounts, and availability are controlled by the respective issuing agencies. Users are strongly advised to verify all grant details directly with the funding agency before submitting an application.

AI-generated proposals are provided as drafts and starting points only. GrantData360.com does not guarantee that any AI-generated proposal will meet a specific grant's requirements or result in a successful application. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and finalizing all proposals before submission.

The GrantData360.com platform, including its AI models, search technology, software, design, and aggregated database structure, is proprietary to GrantData360.com. Grant data sourced from public APIs remains the property of the respective issuing agencies and is subject to their individual terms of use.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your own lawful grant-seeking purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, or distribute any part of the GrantData360.com Platform or its data without explicit written permission.

GrantData360.com collects account information (name, email, organization) and usage data (searches performed, grants saved, proposals generated) to provide and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Search queries and saved grant data are stored securely to power notification matching and personalized recommendations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@grantdata360.com.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. GrantData360.com does not store full credit card information on its servers.

You agree not to use GrantData360.com to:

• Systematically scrape or download bulk grant data for redistribution
• Create competing products or services using GrantData360.com data
• Submit false information to funding agencies using AI-generated proposals without disclosure
• Attempt to circumvent subscription access controls
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrantData360.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to missed grant deadlines, unsuccessful applications, or inaccurate grant data.

GrantData360.com's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GrantData360.com in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

GrantData360.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
